What should I do if I received a damaged item? Can I return/exchange my order(s)?

For
defective and incorrect items, we have a 3 days exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:


•If an item is defective, we will replace the item once the defective item is returned to us (shipping fee borne by Inhome), provided that we receive notice of the defet within three (3) days of receipt of such defective item by you, together with the receipt evidencing the purchase made by you.

•Item must be in its original purchase condition; (product must be unwashed, unused, unmarked ,tag intact, unworn, unaltered and not defaced in any manner.
) after product received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. We will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.

•Items purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.

• This return policy does not apply to items, which have been stated as Non-exchangeable or Non-returnable.

If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact OUR Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt.

• Image of Item with the packaging and your packing list showing your order or tracking number
• Image of the item with showing our company tag.

Our support team will be in touched with you within 3 working days.
It is important that all returned items must meet the requirements above. Returned/exchanged items that do not meet these criteria will not be entertained.
